Leona Mae Hercules, 88, of Blainesville, died October 11, 2018 in Liza's Place, Wheeling, WV.

She was born June 29, 1930 in Provident, Ohio, daughter of the late Charles and Barbara McLain Smith.

Leona was a retired cook from the Belmont County Sherriff's Office. She was a member of Harbor of Hope Assembly of God in St. Clairsville and the Flushing Senior Center.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William D. Hercules and sons-in-law, Mickey McMillan and George Bobot.

Surviving are her four children, Peg McMillan, Thomas Ochsenbine, Donna Daudy and Sue Bobot; seven grandchildren, Johnette McMillan, Cheryl Gordon, Wendy Mankin, Mikki Sellers, Travis Ochsenbine, Cody Ochsenbine and Kayla Harris; six great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.

Visitation will also be held on Tuesday at Harbor of Hope Church in St. Clairsville from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. with Pastor Dean Myers officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
