Obituary

Horsfall, LeRoy W. "Lee the Barber", 77 of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Monday, March 15, 2010 at his home.

He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on October 7, 1932 a son of William Henry and Anna Baechle Horsfall.

He was owner/operator of Lee?s Barber Shop in St. Clairsville for 54 years and was a member of East Richland Friends Church. Lee was a former St. Clairsville City Councilman, a member Martins Ferry Elks Lodge, life member of the Saints Club, member of Belmont County Board of Elections, American Legion Post #159, VFW Post 5356, Belmont Lodge #16 F.& A.M. all of St. Clairsville. He served as camera man for Red Devils Football for 17 years and was a Navy veteran of the Korean War.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Kenny Horsfall.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy Louise Seckman Horsfall; daughters, Debra Kay (King) Hill of Solon, Ohio, Carol Ann (Scott) Foster of Canton, Ohio, Rebecca Elaine (Ray) Sabo of Martins Ferry and Brenda Lea (Willie) Burghy of St. Clairsville; sons, Brian Lee (Patty) Willett of Louisville, Ohio and Robert Ellwood (Kristen) Willett of Toronto, Ohio; brothers, William Frances (Carol) Horsfall of Pataskala, Ohio and John Henry (Shirley) Horsfall of Cleveland, Ohio; brother-in-law, William (Bhin) Seckman of Clarksburg, WV; sister-in-law, Susan Beth (Bob) Freeman of Clarksburg, WV and 12 grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. with services to follow at 8 p.m. with Rev. Wayne Ickes officiating.
