Laura Elizabeth Billman, 19 of Plainfield Rd., St. Clairsville died Monday, July 12, 2004 at Belmont Community Hospital, Bellaire.

She was born at Wheeling on August 19, 1984 a daughter of Gary and Janet Campbell Billman.

Laura was a 2002 graduate of Union Local High School, attended Belmont Technical College and was an employee of the BP Service Station at exit 208, Morristown.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, George Billman; paternal great grandmother, Jennie Hudson and maternal great grandfather, W. Clark Morgan.

She is survived by her parents, Gary and Janet Billman of Belmont; her fiancée, Joe Schmitt of Bethesda; maternal grandparents, Harold and Edna Campbell of Belmont and paternal grandmother, Betty Billman of Norton, OH; maternal great grandmother, Helen Morgan of St. Clairsville and uncles, Jim Campbell of Amanda, OH and David Billman of Akron.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville. Private services will be held on Friday at the convenience of the family. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
