Kimberly Lynn Stapp- Jones, 59, of St. Clairsville, OH., passed away on Monday, October 9, 2023, at her home.  She was born December 15, 1963, in Wheeling, WV., a daughter of Ira Frank Stapp, Jr. and the late Linda Yvonne Wise Stapp.

Kim was an employee of American Electric Power, a Christian by faith and a member of the St. Clairsville Moose Lodge and Fairpoint Polish Club.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a sister, Katheryn Stapp-Baugh.

Surviving are her father, Frank (Debbie) Stapp of Sarahsville, OH; two sons, Justin Matthew Stapp and William Dalton Rouse both of Caldwell, OH; siblings, Amy Stapp of Cambridge, OH., Amanda (Jeff) Stapp-Smith; grandchildren, Jessica Stapp, Jobe Stapp, Ayla Collins-Kelly and Bentley Rouse; a niece, Lindsay Baugh; a nephew, Camden Baugh.

Kim had many friends and family who love and will miss her dearly. She had a chaotic and compassionate spirit that called her to those in need, whether it be people she knew or people she didn't. And at the end of her day, she was glad to come home to cuddle up with her dogs, Casey, Kilo, and Karma.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 4-8 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville.  Final arrangement at the convenience of the family.
