Kenneth James Snodgrass, 96, of St. Clairsville, OH passed away Friday June 17, 2022, at his home.  He was born February 8, 1926, in Martins Ferry, OH., a son of the late Lewis and Katherine Laase Snodgrass.

Ken was retired from the former Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation, Martins Ferry Plant, a U.S. Army Veteran of WW II.  Ken was a life member of both American Legion Post 159, serving as Past Commander and V.F.W. Post 5356 serving as Surgeon.  Ken also served on the Martins Ferry Volunteer Fire Department Liberty Engine Company.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Richard Snodgrass and Mark Weekley; four brothers, Francis, Charles, Alfred and Paul Snodgrass.

Surviving are his loving wife of 45 years, Ernestine "Ernie" Stullenburg Snodgrass of St. Clairsville; his children, Michael (Tammy) Greco, John (Fran) Greco, David (Laura) Weekley, Danny Greco, Jeanette (Charles) Melko, Peggy (Ed) Kozora, Diana Sinclair and Erin Clark; 29 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with funeral services at 10 am on Wednesday with Pastor Matt Close officiating.  Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH with full military honors conducted by the Belmont County Veterans Association.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
