Kenneth R. Harris, 54, of Mount Vernon, Ohio formerly of St. Clairsville, died Monday, January 30, 2006 at Ohio State University James Cancer Hospital in Columbus. He was born August 4, 1951 in Martins Ferry, Ohio, son of Frances Arleen Ault Harris and the late Robert S. Harris.

Kenneth was a graduate of St. Clairsville High School. He was an employee of H & C Telephone Co. in Mt. Vernon.

Surviving are his wife, Cheryl Crumpler Harris; his mother, Frances Arleen Harris; a son, Zane Harris of Jacobsburg, Ohio; a daughter, Jessica Harris of Jewett, Ohio; a brother, Jerry (Barb) Harris of Mt. Vernon, Ohio; a sister, Connie (Tom) Costine of St. Clairsville, Ohio; and a granddaughter, Pennelope Wymer.

Family and Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio on Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m.
