Kenneth Dale Brown of Barnesville, OH passed away on February 27, 2018 on his 75 ^th birthday at OSU Wexner Hospital in Columbus. He was born in Steinersville, OH on February 27, 1943, son of the late Ross Arthur Brown and Nora Ellen Palmer Brown.

Dale was a Christian by faith, a retired coal miner and loving father and grandfather. He enjoyed oldies music, classic cars, Westerns, Nascar and the Beach Boys.

Preceding him in death in addition to his parents, were 3 brothers, Gerald, Donald and Ronald; 2 sisters, Bonnie and Rose Mary Ramsey.

Surviving are his ex-wife, Mary Ann Brown of Belmont; 3 daughters, Lori (Doug) Bruce of Wilson, OH, Sheila Brown of Belmont and Holly (Patrick) Bowers of Beallsville; a brother, Eugene Brown of Jacobsburg; 2 sisters, Virginia Pastva of Bethesda and Betty Hodgson of Centerville; 5 grandchildren, Joshua (Zaida) Holt, Kendra (Ron Heskett) Danehart, Justin (Linda) Holt, Brandon Bowers and Nicole Bowers; 6 great grandchildren, Josslyn, Corvin, Kaleia, Ozy, Juan, Savannah and one boy on the way; several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, Ohio on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until time of memorial service at Noon with Wayne Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Armstrong Cemetery.
