Kelly Ann Windsheimer, 58, of Maynard, Ohio died Wednesday, August 29, 2018 in East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry.

She was born April 3, 1960, daughter of the late Clifford and Harriet Milhoan Perkins.

Kelly was an employee of the Walmart Supercenter in St. Clairsville and a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Surviving are her husband of 23 years, William "Bill" Windsheimer; seven children, Brianna Windsheimer, Charity Howell, Will Windsheimer, David Windsheimer, Damian Windsheimer, Jacque Windsheimer and Janelle Windsheimer; seven grandchildren, Jacob Windsheimer, Lillie Windsheimer, Nicholas Burrows, Caleb Delboccio, Katie Windsheimer, Kylie Sutton and Lexie Sutton; two sisters and a brother.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, where services will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. with Pastor Al Hoder officiating.  Private entombment will be in Holly Memorial Gardens.
