Kelly S. Johnson, 50, of Flushing, died June 30, 2015 in Wheeling Hospital.
She was born in Wheeling on August 11, 1964, daughter of the late Philip L. Johnson Sr. and Ruth VanDyne Johnson.
Surviving are her brothers, Philip (Sandra) Johnson of Bannock and Andy Johnson of Flushing; her sister, Brenda Johnson of Flushing; a nephew, Philip "PJ" Johnson III; a niece, Jennifer Johnson and fiancée Brad Malesky; cousin, Patsy; a grandmother, Rosemary Cook of Florida; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Family and friends will be received on Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, where services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. with Brad Schrum officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
