Kathleen Marie "Kathy" Kaluger, 79, of Glencoe, Ohio died June 22, 2024, in Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, West Virginia.

She was born July 29, 1944, in Wheeling, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Dorothy Beatrice Weekley Lloyd and Edward Grant Lloyd.

Kathy served as secretary to the Mayor of St. Clairsville for many years and was a former secretary for the St. Clairsville Area Chamber of Commerce. She was a member of the former Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Neffs, Ohio. Kathy was a 1962 graduate of St. John's Central High School in Bellaire, Ohio. Her dedication to serve the community was evident in her time spent being a Girl Scout and Boy Scout Leader when her children were young, a member and past president of the St. Clairsville Rotary Club, a past president of the Association of Mayor's Court Clerks of Ohio, and a past Richland Township Trustee.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her former husband, and friend, Larry Kaluger, and a sister-in-law, Rosemary Lloyd.

Kathy is survived by her two children, Kim (Eddie) Hill and Nick (Kelly) Kaluger; three grandchildren, Kaytlyn (Chris) Parsons, Madyson Bane and Emma Kaluger; three great grandchildren, Cassidy, Colton and Violet; three siblings, Dennis Lloyd, Janet (John) Orban and David Lloyd (Sue); and several nieces.

Family and friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio on Wednesday from 1 – 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. until time of service at 7 p.m., with Pastor Mark Statler officiating. A private burial will be held in Glencoe Cemetery.
