Kathleen Joyce "Kathy" Tokarz (née Turkoly) passed away on March 5, 2024, at the age of 76 in Wheeling, WV. She was born on July 22, 1947, in Bellaire, Ohio.

Kathy was a kind and selfless woman who found joy in life's simple pleasures. She was most content when spending time with the love of her life and husband, John. His witty humor always brought a smile to her face. Kathy loved soaking in the sun by the pool on sunny days and treasured moments spent holding her grand babies.

In her career, Kathy dedicated over 50 years as a Secretary, mostly with Campbell Insurance, showcasing her commitment and work ethic. Outside of work, she found relaxation in solving crossword puzzles, tending to her garden, and baking delicious pies.

Kathy will be deeply missed by her husband John Tokarz, son Timothy Tokarz, daughter Heather Tokarz-Szabo and grandchildren Cole and Claire Szabo. Also brother Matthew "Butch" Turkoly and nieces Lana Giffin, Markie Turkoly, and Colby Turkoly-Janowiecki.

She is preceded in death by brothers Mark and Jeffrey Turkoly, mother Katherine "Katie" Turkoly and father Mele Turkoly.

Celebration of Life and Memorial Visitation will be held at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio on April 5, 2024 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
