Katherine A. (Rena) Panepucci Milhoan ,92 of St. Clairsville, formerly of Dillonvale, passed away peacefully at Forest Hills Nursing Home.

She was the daughter of the late Dominick and Ada (Cimati) Panepucci.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, William C. Milhoan and brothers Dante, Mario, Anthony and John.

She is survived by her children Chris (Tish) of St. Clairsville. Lisa DeFilippo (John) of St. Clairsville, Todd (Kathy) of Bridgeport, Amy Stiller (Steve) of Kittanning, Pa., 9 Grandchildren: Christian, Shelby, Jarrett, Christopher, Lena, Kayleigh, Anna, John Luke and Kate.  Extended grandchildren: Jay, John, Jessica, Jill, Michael, Nick, Ryan, and Jesse. Great grandchild, Cooper, Brother, Aurther.

Katherine was a graduate of Dillonvale High School and Elliot Business School of Wheeling, Wva.  She went on to be an administrative assistant for Col. E.B Hopkins, Hopkins Motor Company. She then was employed by Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Co. Yorkville Plant, as a Payroll clerk for 44 years. After Retirement she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and close friends: Norma Peltz, Wanda Olszeski and Joan Dorsey. She loved reading, baking, shopping but most importantly her family.

Katherine was a selfless wife, mother and grandmother and will surely be missed by all.

Due to covid, there will be no services or visitation. A celebration of life will be planned at a later date.  Arrangements were entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home.
