Katherine Barack, 95, from Stewartsville, OH, died on October 8, 2019 at the Western Reserve Hospice facility in Westlake, OH. She had lived the last 4 years at her granddaughter, Nicole's, home in Madison, OH.

She was born May 9, 1924 in Willow Grove, OH, a daughter of Nicholas and Mary Zdanski, now deceased.

She was a member of the Sacred Heart Church in Neffs, OH.

Preceding her in death was her husband William (Bill) Barack on December 28, 2013, four brothers, William (Charlie), Theodore (Dutch), John and Michael Zdanski, and two sisters, Anne Souhrada and Margaret Perrie.

Surviving is her son, William (Susan) Barack, five grandchildren, William A. Barack, Tamara (Christopher) Karel, Christopher (Brooke) Barack, Nicole (Peter) Brent and Matthew (Nada) Barack. In addition, she leaves behind fourteen great-grandchildren (Colby and Isaac Karel; Sean, Collin, Emily and Ryan Barack; Jacob, Mary, Claire, Jonathon, Samuel, Andrew and Augustine Brent; and Tamara Barack), her brother Steve (Joan) Zdanski of Raleigh, NC, and two sisters Mary Morris of Chicago, IL and Amelia (Millie) Exner of Orlando, FL.

Friends and family will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, OH on Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of funeral services at 11:30 a.m. with Fr. Daniel Heusel officiating.  Interment follows at the Union Cemetery in St. Clairsville, OH.
