Kassidy Elizabeth Phillips Hughes, 20, of Lafferty, Ohio died June 29, 2020.

She was born July 23, 1999 in Glen Dale, West Virginia.

Kassidy was a waitress at Ruttenbucks Bar & Grill in Glen Dale and a Methodist.

She was preceded in death by grandfathers, Albert Phillips and Lewis Nida, and an uncle, Paul Andrew Rine Jr.

Surviving are her parents, Albert "Ed" (Melissa) Phillips and Amy Hughes; grandparents, Carol Nida, Paul (Debra) Rine and Darlene Beyser Ralbovsky; three brothers, Dusty (Jessica) Phillips, Cory (Kaitlin) Phillips and Dakota Barrett; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and facial coverings will be recommended during a visitation on Thursday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.  Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with Pastor Al Hoder officiating.
