Saunders, Karen J. Jones, 61, of St. Clairsville, died January 22, 2009 in Wheeling Hospital. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on March 25, 1947, daughter of the late William Jerry Jones and Alice M. Henry Jones.

Karen was a former employee of the FBI and former employee of Maroon Enterprises. She was a Baptist by faith and a 1964 graduate of St. Clairsville High School.

Surviving are her sisters, Linda Jones Jordan and her husband Wayne, and Karma Jones Morris and her husband Phil all of St. Clairsville; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Sunday from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m., where services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Carl Denson officiating.
