Adams, Karen Budinscak, 51, of Erlanger, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at Saint Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, Kentucky.
She was a professional Landscape Architect for many years. Karen was a graduate of St. Clairsville High School and The Ohio State University. She was a loving and giving person. She was secretary of the American Society of Landscape Arcitects local chapter and was a member of the Toastmasters Club. She was a participant of many civic projects and was one of the original landscapers of the Tamarack Visitors Center.
Survivors include her daughter Emily Adams of Cincinnati, Ohio; her parents, John and Doris Budinscak of Saint Clairsville, Ohio; a brother John "Buck" ( Kathy) Budinscak Jr. of Wadsworth, Ohio; two nephews Zack and Cory and one niece Lisa.
Her grandparents, John and Rose Burskey and John and Cristina Budinscak all preceded her in death.
Visitation will be Monday November 7, 2011 2:00pm until time of Blessing 4:00pm at Serenity Funeral Home in Covington.
Visitation will also be held on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville with a Vigil Service at 7:45 p.m.
Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in St. Clairsville, with Father Michael Gossett as celebrant.
Karen will be laid to rest in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Wheeling, West Virginia with her grandparents and great grandmother.
