Justin William Glasgow, 34, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023 as a result of a automobile accident near Cadiz, Ohio.  He was born March 23, 1989 in Wheeling, West Virginia a son of William F. and Michele A. Boger Glasgow.

Justin was a cook for Applebee's Restaurant in St. Clairsville and a member of the Church of Christ.

He loved the outdoors, hiking, camping and kayaking.  He especially enjoyed animals and his music.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Gene Glasgow and Charles Boger.

Surviving are his parents, William and Michele Glasgow of St. Clairsville; a sister, Erica L. Glasgow of Clarington, Ohio; maternal grandmother, Marilyn Boger of St. Clairsville; paternal grandmother, Wanda Glasgow of Powhatan Point, Ohio; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 12 pm until time of funeral services at 5 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville.  Final arrangements will be held at the convenience of the family.
