June Coffey of Pineview 1B Group Home, Belmont, Ohio died Thursday, May 22, 2008.

She was born February 24, 1928 in Springfield, Illinois, a daughter of the late James Delmar Coffey and Maguerite Kochler Coffey.

June moved to St. Clairsville and lived at the Belmont Habilitation Center from 1981 to 2006.

She worked at Belco Works Workshop and had many friends there.

She was often very social and enjoyed talking about the things she liked to do, such as, window shopping, picnics, and eating out. She enjoyed talking about her favorite food. She had particular friends, such as Debbie that she enjoyed visiting with and talking about to others. She had many purses and carried one in which she had cards, letters, pictures, and change purses and she would inevitably ask for a dollar for her next shopping trip.

June will be sadly missed by her sister, Bettie Keiser of Victorville, California; and by the residents and staff of Pineview Home.

Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Friday from 1:30 p.m. until time of service at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Jerry Wenger officiating.
