Juliette "Judi" Mort Nation, 71, of Flushing, died Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at O.S.U. Wexner Medical Center.

She was born on November 20, 1943, daughter of the late Douglas Earl Mort and Pearl Naomi Bennington Mort.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred T. Nation Sr; a sister, Dixie Simmons; two brothers, Douglas "Jim" Mort, Jr. and Roger Mort; and a granddaughter, Annalisse Kalinowski.

She is survived by two sons, Mitch (Debbie) Kalinowski of Barton and Shawn (Brandy) Kalinowski of New Athens; three sisters, Gloria McCreary of Mineral City, Ohio, Donna Rae Huntsman of Lloydsville, and Patricia A. Cook of Uniontown; two brothers, Patrick D. Mort of Bethesda and John P. Mort of Uniontown; four grandchildren, Beth Kalinowski, Devin Kalinowski, Jimmy Nation and Chris Custer; several step grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received on Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, where services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. with Wayne Clark officiating. Burial will follow at Unity Cemetery in New Athens.
