Julia Frances Swider Teliga, 89, of St. Clairsville, died August 13, 2015 at her home.
She was born January 15, 1926 in Fairpoint, OH, a daughter of the late Joseph and Lucy Jurzec Swider.
Julia was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen J. Teliga; a sister, Caroline Kubica; and three brothers, Frank, Walter and Edward Swider.
She is survived by a sister, Helen Dolfi of St. Clairsville; a sister-in-law, Delores Swider of Painesville, OH; five children, Barbara McClearn of St. Clairsville, Paul Teliga of Sarasota, FL, Richard (Jeanne) Teliga of Bradenton, FL, Darlene Teliga of St. Clairsville and Julia Rindfleisch of St. Petersburg, FL; three grandchildren, Stephen (Kristy) Teliga of Clermont, FL; Richard Teliga Jr. of St. Petersburg, FL and Justin (Heather) Teliga of Deerfield, IL; two great grandchildren, Katelyn and Aiden Teliga; numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m. with a Vigil Service at 3:45.
Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated on Monday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Church in St. Clairsville with Father Thomas Chillog the celebrant. Burial follows in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
Memorial contributions may be made to Valley Hospice or St. Mary's Church.
