Julia Rena Palmer, 24 of Jacobsburg, Ohio died Monday, April 4, 2016 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.

She was born November 25, 1991 in Columbus, Ohio.

She was a Christian by faith.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Russell Stillion; paternal grandparents, Charlie and Daisy Palmer; aunts, Kara Rose Gillespie and Becky Palmer; uncle, Chuckie Stillion.

Surviving are her parents, Theresa (Donnie) Klink of Jacobsburg, and Murven (Margie Lamp) Palmer of Bellaire; maternal grandparents, Rose and Bob Schmidt of New Matamoras, Ohio; paternal great grandmother, Helen Powell of Jacobsburg; a sister, Kayla Rose Palmer.

Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Friday from 3 to 9 p.m. where services will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. with Rev. Ray Ake officiating.

Burial follows in Glencoe Cemetery, Glencoe, Ohio.
