Judith A. "Judy" Keener, 65 of Warnock Road, St. Clairsville died Wednesday, August 16, 2006 at her home.

She was born in Wheeling on January 6, 1941 a daughter of the late Paul and Lillian Ovil Carroll.

Judy was a retired case worker with the Belmont County Department of Human Services and a member of the Church of God at St. Clairsville.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by sons John Withers and Paul Keener; brothers John Carroll and Lonnie Curry and her step mother who raised her, Mary Carroll.

She is survived by her children Linda Schrimp of Benwood; Mike Withers of Lafferty and Mary Sellers of Barnesville; brothers and sisters Robert Curry of Blanchester, Ohio; Linda Sopjack of Mechanicsville, Maryland; Rebecca Miklas and Cynthia Pollock both of Martins Ferry and Paul Carroll of Delaware, Ohio; 16 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Friends and family may call at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. where services will be held Sunday at 1 p.m. with William Hutchison officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
