Judy Ann "Grandma" Graham, 80, died April 29, 2021 at her home surrounded by family.

She was born September 19, 1940, in Bellaire, Ohio a daughter of the late William Roy Buskirk and Fannie Gibbons Buskirk.

Judy was a retired nurses aide and phlebotomist having worked for East Ohio Regional Medical Center in Martins Ferry and the Shadyside Care Center. She enjoyed traveling to flea markets and auctions and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Fredrick "Fred" Graham Sr. and an infant son.

Surviving are her children, Daniel W. (Melissa) McMahon, Vickie Shipley, Cindy (Roy) Baker, and Franklin Fredrick "Freddy" Graham Jr.; a brother, Fred Buskirk; ten grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and her dog, Theo.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, facial coverings and social distancing is required. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, Ohio, where services will be held on Wednesday at 1 p.m. with Pastor Jack Palmer officiating. Burial will follow in Jacobsburg Cemetery.
