Judith Ann Harris Kirby Dilly, 75, of Bellaire, Ohio, died Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at Liza's Place in Wheeling.  She was born February 8, 1944 in Wheeling, West Virginia, daughter of the late Harry and Wilma Jean Haines Williams.

Judith was a retired secretary and bookkeeper.  She enjoyed crafts, painting, and creating hand-made greeting cards, and was an active member of New Life Fellowship in Shadyside, Ohio.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Keith R. Kirby and a brother, Harry Edward Williams.

Surviving are her loving husband, Orval Dilly; a son Steven Harris of Ocala, Fl, and a daughter Sherry L. Harris Rayle of Cicero, IN; brother, Bill Williams of Moundsville and sister Rebecca Williams of Bellaire; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and one on the way.

Family and friends will be received for a visitation at New Life Fellowship Church in Shadyside on Sunday from 5 - 8 p.m. and again on Monday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. with Pastor Joel Traylor officiating.  Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.  Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home.
