Judith Ann "Judy" Lucas, 78, of Bannock, Ohio died August 11, 2019 in Wheeling Hospital.

She was born August 15, 1940 in Bannock, Ohio, daughter of the late Charles Ralph Scott and Faye Irene Piper Scott.

Judy was a member of Bannock United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Eugene Lucas and her son, Ronald Shane Lucas.

Surviving are her sisters, Claudetta (Bob) Waggle of Bannock, Brenda Althouse of New Philadelphia, Vicky (Dave) Meese of Columbus, and Sandra Gustkey of Dover; a brother, Bo Scott of New Philadelphia; nieces and nephews.

Private services held at the convenience of the family with burial in Belmont Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
