Joyce Ruth Staley Passa, 81, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at her daughters home with her family by her side.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Helen Wade Staley; her eldest son, Frank "Pete" Passa; her siblings, Jack and JoAnn Staley.

Joyce will be lovingly remembered by all who knew her, especially her husband of 64 years, Frank L. Passa of Port Orange, FL., son, Louie (Stacey) Passa of St. Clairsville, OH., daughter, Karen (Bob) Kurucz of Hopewell, OH., sister, Helen Pedelose of Bellaire, OH; sister-in-law, Mary Johnson of Bellaire.  Joyce is also loved by her nine grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; many nieces and nephews.

Joyce enjoyed bowling with her mom and sister, going to many tournaments together.  She also enjoyed her retirement in Port Orange with her loving husband Frank.

Her family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date.
