Joyce Michelle Lunsford, 47, of Jacobsburg, Ohio passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2023 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling West Virginia.  She was born July 31, 1975 in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of Lydia McCormick Garloch and the late Donald "Lobo" Keyser.

Joyce was the owner/operator of Joyce M. Lunsford Allstate Insurance Company in St. Clairsville, Ohio, attended New Life Fellowship Church in Shadyside, Ohio.  She was a volunteer EMT/Firefighter for Spirit of 76 fire department and the St. Clairsville Chamber of Commerce.  Her favorite holiday was Halloween.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Devron P. Lunsford in 2008; a nephew, Tony Robbins.

Surviving are her husband of 25 years, Steve Lunsford of Jacobsburg; a son, Justin Michael Lunsford of Midvale, Utah; her mother, Lydia Garloch of Dillonvale, Ohio; three sisters, Susan (Chester) Bumgardner of Warnock, Ohio, Elizabeth (Joseph) Davis of Dillonvale and Melissa (Charles) Cork of Moundsville, West Virginia; an aunt and many cousins.  She was an awesome aunt to her nieces and nephews and great niece and great nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 5-8 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville, Ohio where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 am with Pastor Joel Traylor officiating.  Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Bellaire.

Memorial contributions may be made to New Life Fellowship Church.
