Obituary
Joyce Ann Dvorak, 79, of Bellaire, Ohio died Sunday, October 9, 2016 at Wheeling Hospital.
She was born January 1, 1937 in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the late Wilbur Wayne Shackelford and Ethel Britton Shackelford Nelson.
Joyce was a retired employee of Boyle Insurance in St. Clairsville, a member of Bellaire Presbyterian Church, Sons of Italy, social member of the VFW, FOE, and the American Legion in Bellaire.
She was a graduate and cheerleader of Bellaire High School.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Tim Goldt, and Joe Dvorak; her stepfather, Bernard Nelson; sister, Fay Christman; step brother, Clark Nelson; nephew, Douglas Bailey.
Surviving are four sons, Daryl Hupp of Bellaire, Doug Hupp of Nebraska, Dennis Hupp of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Dave Hupp of Martins Ferry; a brother, Richard (Sue) Nelson of Iowa; a grandson, Noah Hupp of Oregon.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Friday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m. where services will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Kurt Turner officiating.
Burial follows in Greenwood Cemetery, Bellaire, Ohio.
