Joseph Darren "Duke" Neff, 37 of Bellaire died Friday, May 21, 2004 in Wheeling.

He was born at Bellaire August 8, 1966 a son of Martha Myers Neff and the late Richard T. Neff.

Duke was a self employed carpenter and Presbyterian by faith.

He was preceded in death by his father Dick Neff and a sister, Donna Neff.

Surviving are his wife, Traci Preston Neff; daughters, Lynsey and Audra and son Darren; his mother Martha Neff of Glencoe; sisters, Shirley White and Karen Neff both of Glencoe and Jackie Wright of Bellaire; brothers, Rick Neff of Neffs; Ed and Jim Neff both of Bellaire.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville, where services will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m., with Rev. Gerald Blon officiating. Burial will follow in Warnock Cemetery, Warnock, Ohio.
