Obituary
Joseph W. Minor, age 57, of Jacobsburg, died Thursday, May 8, 2003 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. He was born August 4, 1945 at Bellaire, Ohio, son of the late Joseph W. Minor, Sr. and Thea Lutes Minor.
He was a retired coal miner from North American Coal Company # 3 mine.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Surviving are his daughter, Dawn Minor of St. Clairsville a brother, David Minor of Frederick, MD; a sister, Mary Griffin of Maynard; a granddaughter Reena McMasters of Jacobsburg.
Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg on Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., where the services will be held on Monday at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Moundsville, WV.
