Joseph DeFrank, 77, of St. Clairsville passed peacefully March 2, 2020.

He was preceded in death by parents, a sister and son, Bill Higgenbotham.

Left missing Joe are his wife, Jean DeFrank, sons, Ben (Lisa) Higgenbotham and Bruce Higgenbotham (Alyshia), a sister, 3 brothers, 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and cousin, Carol Mitcham.

Visitation will be at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville Friday 10 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. with Full Military Honors by Belmont County Veterans Association. Burial follows in Warnock Cemetery.
