John W. Taylor, 34, of Belmont, died Thursday, September 28, 2006 at East Ohio Regional Hospital.
He was born at Bellaire, Ohio on Oct. 20, 1971.
He was a former employee of Safe Auto.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lois Hartman Taylor Burkas.
He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Nalley Taylor; his children, Blaze, Paige, Caleb and Seth Taylor; two sisters, Clara Allen of St. Clairsville and Holly Jones of Canton; two brothers, Jack Taylor of Woodsfield and David Taylor of Beallsville; two half brothers, James and Timmy Taylor both of Tiltonsville; his father, Jack Taylor Sr. of Tiltonsville and stepfather, Tom Burkas of Alledonia.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Monday from 5 p.m. until time of services at 7 p.m. with Rev. William Allen Jr. officiating.
