John J. Spano, Jr. 55, of Midway, OH died Monday at his home.  He was born September 25, 1966, in Wheeling, WV., a son of the late John J. and Joan E. Jaskowiak Spano, Sr.

John was an employee of Belmont Manor Nursing Home, a Methodist by faith and a member of the Fairpoint Polish Club.

He is survived by a stepson, Paul Graham; two sisters, Jeanne (Jeffrey) Mottle of St. Clairsville and Joy (Tim) Strahl of Midway; his girlfriend, Cindy Staskey; one nephew and two nieces.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 4-7 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with funeral services at 7 pm with Pastor Wayne Clark officiating.  Final arrangements will be held at the convenience of the family.
