John Curtis Murphy-Roush of St. Clairsville, infant son of Erin Christine Murphy and Kevin Patrick Roush died Monday, June 6, 2005 in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.
He was born at Wheeling, West Virginia on Saturday, June 4, 2005.
Surviving in addition to his parents are maternal grandparents, Gary and Janet Murphy of St. Clairsville; paternal grandparents, Chester and Bridget Roush of Bridgeport, West Virginia; paternal great grandmother, Wanda Roush of Mason, West Virginia and maternal great grandmothers, Marcella Link and Marjorie Murphy both of St. Clairsville.
A private family graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at the Richland Cemetery, St. Clairsville with Father Christopher Foxhoven officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made in John?s name to the Developmental Fund, Attn: Intensive Care Nursery, c/o Allegheny General Hospital, 320 E. North Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15219.
