John Adam Miller, 77, of Belmont, Ohio passed away on Friday, July 11, 2025 at Barnesville Hospital.  John was born July 25, 1947 in Ironton, Ohio, a son of the late Matilda Miller.

John lived in many different places in his life.  In the local area, he lived at the Wiley Avenue group home, Lafferty 1 group home, the Pineview 2 group home and at the time of his death he lived at Pineview 1b group home of ResCare.

John had an infectious laugh and beautiful smile.  He enjoyed snacking.  He loved music such as the Beatles and in his younger days, he enjoyed parties.  He could always be seen by the band with his air microphone, wearing his favorite bandana and dancing and singing.  He also liked to sing gospel songs with a group.

Wherever he was or whoever he was with, John touched everyone he encountered in a special way.  He will be missed by his Pineview 1b family.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 12 pm until time of funeral services at 1 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with Rev. Dr. Jerry Wenger officiating.  Private burial will take place in Oakview Cemetery, St. Clairsville, Ohio.
