John E. Lenevich, 79, of Belmont, Ohio, died October 29, 2022, at Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, West Virginia.

He was born November 27, 1942, in Wheeling, West Virginia, a son of the late Tony Lenevich and Ann Sabloski Lenevich.

John was a retired mechanic and a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Marsha K. Sadlowski Lenevich; a sister, Cathy Robinson and a brother, Tony Lenevich.

John is survived by his sons, Christopher John (Amy) Lenevich of Rogers, Ohio and Keith (Lisa) Lenevich of Belmont, Ohio; a sister Patty Arnold; four grandchildren, Kylie (James) Wise and Gracey Norris; Orianna and Westen Lenevich; a great grandson, Mason Wise.

The family is planning a private celebration of life service later. Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home.
