Obituary
Kafka, John J. "The Dulcimer Man", 68 of Midway, Ohio died Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Wheeling Hospital.
He was born April 7, 1944 in St. Clairsville, a son of the late Joseph Kafka and Rose Pecenka Kafka.
John was a retired inspector for the Mine Safety and Health Administration. He enjoyed playing bluegrass, gospel and folk music.
Surviving is his daughter, Fran (Christopher D.) Roush of Indianapolis, IN.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. where services will be held on Tuesday at 1 p.m. with Pastor Scott Hazelton officiating.
Burial follows in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
