John Ruscak, Jr. age 95, of St. Clairsville, OH, passed away at Forrest Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in St. Clairsville on May 25, 2024.

Beloved brother, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. John is survived by his 4 children, 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and his last surviving sister.

A private memorial service will be held by the family. John will be laid to rest in Union Cemetery in St. Clairsville.

The family would like to thank the caring staff at Forrest Hills and Stonerise Hospice for all the work that they do and for the comfort and care that they gave to John.
