John B. Hartley, 59, of Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, died Tuesday, April 12, 2022, in St. Clairsville, OH.  He was born September 29, 1962, in Chicago, Illinois, a son of the late Boyd Alonzo and Barbara Marie Cartwright Hartley.

John was a Site Supervisor for Federal Contracts, a member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and a Methodist by faith.

John is survived by his son, Michael John Hartley of Carol Stream, Illinois and a sister, Susan Thurston of Harpers Ferry, West Virginia.

As per his wishes, no visitation or funeral services are planned.  B urial of his cremated remains will be held in George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery, Paramus, New Jersey.
