Joan Marie Gustavich, 83, of Maynard, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025, at Cumberland Pointe Nursing Home, St. Clairsville. She was born December 16, 1941, a daughter of the late John and Irene Sroka Pogacich.

Joan was a seamstress, mainly working from her home, so she could take care of her son Mark. She worked at Riesbeck's and Crafts 2000 and was last a bartender for the Maynard Sportsman's Club. She enjoyed sewing, crafts and helping people. She was a member of the former St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Maynard.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Wayne A. Gustavich and a son, Mark W. Gustavich.

She is survived by her daughter, Wendy Gustavich; brother, John (Nancy) Pogacich; cousin, Evelyn Bracken; and best friends, Barbara Parish and Sandy Metz.

Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside funeral service at Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville on Wednesday at noon with Fr. Thomas Chillog officiating.
