Obituary
Joan Annette Bealer, 75 of St. Clairsville died Sunday, November 6, 2005 at Wheeling Hospital.
She was born February 8, 1930 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. A daughter of the late Fred Navatier and Verna Kelchner Navatier.
She was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church in St. Clairsville and AARP.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Bealer in 1984.
Surviving are her children, David Bealer of Pipestone, Minnesota and Carol Douglas of Columbus; a brother, Fred Navatier of Lehighton, Pennsylvania.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Wednesday from noon until time of service at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Homer Harden officiating. Burial follows in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
