Jo Ann Taylor, 74, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died August 15, 2021 at East Ohio Regional Medical Center in Martins Ferry.

She was born November 27, 1946 in Glencoe, Ohio, a daughter of the late Robert James Hall Jr. and Erma Mellott Hall.

Jo Ann was a retired pre-school teacher at Belmont Technical College and a member of East Richland Evangelical Friends Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and riding motorcycles.

In addition to her parents, Jo Ann was preceded in death by her daughter, Kimberly Taylor.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Richard L. Taylor; a daughter, Lisa T. (Chad C.) Ceneskie; and two grandchildren, Alexa K Ceneskie and Chad "Christian" Ceneskie Jr.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Thursday from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. with Rev. Dr. Jerry Wenger officiating.  Burial will follow in Richland Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
