DUNLAP, Jo Anna, 69, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Friday, May 11, 2012 in Wheeling Hospital.

She was born in Wheeling, West Virginia, on July 24, 1942, daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Wiater Belancic.

Jo Anna was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in St. Clairsville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas William Dunlap, Jr.

Jo Anna is survived by her two daughters, Tonya Jo Dunlap of Parma, Ohio and Tammy Marie (T.J.) Lewarchick of Cleveland, Ohio; two grandsons, Eddie and Jake Lewarchick; a brother, Joseph (Patti) Belancic of Warwood, West Virginia; nephews, Eric and Johnny Belancic; and many friends.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville with a Vigil Service at 3:45 p.m.

Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in St. Clairsville, with Father Thomas Chillog as celebrant.

Burial will follow in Union Cemetery in St. Clairsville.
