Jo Anne Baker, 82, of Jacobsburg, OH passed away on Friday, May 13, 2022, at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV.  She was born May 30, 1939, in Bellaire, OH., a daughter of the late Joseph Keyser and Virginia Faya Haught Keyser.

Jo Anne was retired from Spencer's Gifts and a Methodist by faith.  She enjoyed crossword puzzles, television shows and the Dollar Store.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Caleb G. Baker in September of 2021; a stepsister, Carol Unterzurer; stepmother, Kathryn Keyser.

Surviving are her children, Michelle Lynn Williams, and Jeffrey Michael Baker both of Jacobsburg; three grandchildren, JR Williams, Hope Elizabeth Baker, and Jeffrey Caleb Nelson Baker; a brother, Joe Keyser of Byesville, OH; a sister, Judy Rebecca of Florida.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 11 am until time of services at 1 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, Jacobsburg with Pastor Wayne Clark officiating.  Final arrangements will be held at the convenience of the family.
