HUGGINS, James N., 57 of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Sunday, August 21, 2011 at Wheeling Hospital.

He was born in Glen Dale, WV on July 28, 1954 the son of Raymond F. and Mazie Leota Rhome Huggins of Moundsville, WV.

Jim was self employed in Real Estate Management. He was a past president of the Eastern Ohio Baseball League and was a long time coach and umpire for St. Clairsville Junior Sports.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Christine Borosh Huggins; his children, Sean Huggins of Bethesda, OH, Heather (Shawn) Wiseman of Colorado Springs, CO, Chad Huggins in Hawaii and Zach Huggins at home; his brother, Roger (Kathy) Huggins of Erie, PA; 7 grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to time of services at 8:00 p.m. with Brian Price officiating.
