Jill Marie Allen, 53, of Dillonvale, Ohio passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at her home.  She was born August 16, 1968, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, a daughter of the late Donald "Del" and Ethel M. Roscoe Baker.

Jill was a Medical Transcriptionist for Nuance Transcriptions for many years, a housewife, mother and grandmother, a member of Harbor of Hope Church and she was a truly loving wife of Jeff Allen of Dillonvale; two sons, Justin (Jessica) Allen of St. Clairsville, Ohio and Jared Allen of Alliance, Ohio; siblings, David (Sherry) Baker and Penny (Daniel) Milhorn; two grandchildren, Samuel and Hannah Allen.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Craig A. Baker.

Private services were held Friday at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with Pastor Darrin Wright officiating.  Burial was in Holly Memorial Gardens. Pleasant, Grove, Ohio.
