Obituary

Jesse Dale Milner, 90 of St. Clairsville died Friday, October 1, 2004 at Crestview Health Care Center in St. Clairsville.

He was born February 6, 1914 in Morristown, Ohio. A son of the late Fred S. Milner and Blanche Wilcox Milner.

Jesse was a self employed farm equipment salesman and an auctioneer, a WWII Army Air Force veteran, a charter member of the Belmont County Saddle Club, member of the Ohio Horse Council, Buggy Wheel Riding Club, Morristown Historical Society and the First Families of Belmont County.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph and sister, Mary.

Surviving are his wife Mary Simerall Milner; three daughters, Suzanne Simerall Moskala and her husband Richard L. of New York, Debra Stringer and her husband Mark B. of Bellaire, Mary Lou Parrish and her husband Jeff of Belmont; a sister, Helen Milner of Morristown.

There will be no visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at the Union Cemetery in Morristown with Rev. William Boyer officiating. Military services will be conducted by the Belmont County Council of American Legions.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Belmont County Animal Rescue League, 45244 National Rd. W., St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950 or the Hoofed Animal Humane Society, P.O. Box 400, Woodstock, IL 60098.
