Jesse Jon Burian (Jess Dog), 40, died May 10, 2022, in East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry, Ohio.

He was born September 3, 1981, in Bellaire, Ohio, a son of Lynda Burian Frew, Gary Leonard Burian and his second father, John Frew.

Jesse was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Lloyd and Polly Burian; maternal grandparents, Paul and Virginia Blind and Frances Sillion; step-grandfather, Gerald Frew; uncles, Lloyd "Boob" Burian and Fred Rejoins; aunt, Alana Rejoins.

Surviving are his parents, stepmother, Beverly Burian; a brother, Jeff Stiles and his fiancée, Shirlene Warren; sisters, Michelle (Chad) Kildow, Shana (Adam) Smithberger, Cassie (Chris) Kinsey; Aunt, Karen Burian; nephews, Justyn and Skye Krupa, Jeffrey Stiles,  Waylon and Leland Smithberger; great-nephew, Jaxtyn Krupa; nieces, Natalie Stiles and Monroe Kinsey; great-nieces, Aubrey Krupa, Adalyn Lamer; his loved second mom, Teresa Mancini.

Jesse was an amazing son who never let his disability stop him from achieving what he wanted from life. He was a graduate of St. Mary's High School achieved Eagle Scout. Jesse was a board member of People First of Ohio, the American Legion and VFW, and the Sons of Italy.

Being with family and friends was his biggest joy in life. He loved riding 4 wheelers with family and friends, going to Wheeling Downs where he often won. Jesse never met a stranger. His greatest passion was for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

A celebration of life for Jesse is being planned for early September with those plans to be announced later. Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
