Jerry Lee Bowman, 72, of Bridgeport, Ohio died in late March of 2019.

He was born February 23, 1947 in Wheeling, West Virginia, son of the late Eugene Thomas Bowman and Mary Geneva Rhome Bowman.

Jerry was a retired factory worker having worked in Pittsburgh and Columbus and at Eastern Plating in Martins Ferry.  He grew up in Warnock, Ohio and had a love for music and collected records. He was a highly decorated U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War having received the Bronze Star and Army Commendation Medal.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Mary McCloud and two brothers, Pat and Tom Bowman.

Surviving are his sister, Beverly (John) Tomolonis of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, two nephews, Donald McCloud Jr. and John Tomolonis Jr. of Tampa, Florida, a niece, Christina (Marvin) Hess of Elizabethtown, KY, several cousins, and special thanks to his aunt, Helena Galentine of Aleppo, Pennsylvania for her love and support.

Private services held at the convenience of the family with arrangements entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
