Jeffrey Lewis VanHorn, 53, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Sunday, April 23, 2017 in Wheeling Hospital.
He was born in Barnesville, Ohio on September 9, 1963 son of the late Lewis Raymond VanHorn and Vivian Carol Kinney VanHorn.
Jeff was a hair stylist, a wedding planner, florist and artist. He was a 1982 Union Local High School Graduate; a member of Chestnut Level Christian Church and enjoyed gardening and canning.
Surviving are his sister, Debra (Keith) Brownfield and brother, Patrick (Shelly) VanHorn; eight nieces and nephews, Amanda, Maranda, Aaron, Alicia, Chris, Rogan, Anna and Amber; his aunts, Karen Swallie and Faye VanHorn; his uncles, Donnie (Sheryl "Turkey") VanHorn, Bruce Kinney and Art Kinney; adopted sister, Sherry Saunders; adopted niece, Crystal; cousins, numerous friends and Kellie Wells.
Family and friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville, Ohio on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. where services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. with Brent Hopper officiating. Burial will follow in Chestnut Level Cemetery, Belmont.
